We cooperate with graphical studios and so we can provide all range of related activities, for instance graphical plans and designs of printing (e.g. logo) and its adjustment for printing. The used printing technology - screen printing - promises the printing of high quality of all commonly used materials. Naturally, we will pack and despatch of printed objects according to the individual requirements of our customer.
We can offer printing of lump textiles, T-shirts, aprons, caps, umbrellas, flags, PE-bags, stickers, ceramic and china cups, glasses, ash-trays, paper-boards and boxes, files, plastic extras and other advertising items.
We use precise semi-automatic machines, "carusels" of four or six colours and hand-tables with the usage of special types of colours from renowned world producers. The printing is possible on the most common materials as plastic, leather, metal, textile, wood, paper, glass and china through either the technology of direct printing or the technology of transfer-pictures or transfers.
The printing of lump textile and products connected with it are made in high quality on six-coloured semi-automatic machines "carusel MHM" (Austria) with the printing size 500 x 800 mm with the capacity of about 300 pieces in six colours per hour with a possibility of thermal fixing.
Printing of china, ceramic and glass things is made through the technology of indirect printing. Ceramic transfer-pictures transfered on goods are burnt out in our electric oven where the ceramic colour is branded onto the glass or glaze. The printing in this technology is very resistent against rough washing with the dish powder or with metal wires.
The printing of flat things is made on semi-automatic machines from size 350 x 500 mm up to size 700 x 1000 mm and hand-tables up to size 1200 x 1500 mm.
Partial UV varnishing of sheets of formate B3 and B2. This technology can be used on dim and glossy paper, dim lamino and sticking folios (as the protection against scratches). The advantage is visual and mechanical underlining of the picture or text thanks to the layer of lacquer, mirror gloss of varnished surface and possibility to use various colour under the lacquer.
We are also able to develop special technologies of printing on unusual kinds of surface and shapes (if we are asked for order by on a large scales).
